Hi Sharon
Well it seems the DOS (Dept of State) and the USCIS are now beging to at least try and work together
All we need now is for the American embassy and immigration officers to join in and maybe, who knows the left hand will know what the right hand is playing at.
The criteria for the E visa's or rather lack of it, shows a prime expample of why so many cases are being given referrals.
One criteria is , you have to invest a substainial sum in the USA but they do not state what the amount is in the region of.
I just wish there was guide lines set out in print so potential investors knew whether or not to bother applying for an E visa in the first place. It would save endless amount of time for the immigration officers and appliants in turn would allow more cases to be reviewed and approved much quicker
