Ask to reduce wait time after green card for Name Check Victims

I have been in this country for 10 years. I got stuck in name check , after 4 years my name check got cleared now.
However my priority date retrogaded thrice in this period. It may take another year for me to get me green card and then i have to wait for another 5 years to apply for citizenship.

In totality it would take me 15 years to get citizenship (close to life imprisonment ).

Something should be done to reduce our predicament.

I strongly agree with you. Can you file any sort of write of mandamus? or do you have any other channel to follow? Can the Odbudsmans office help?

Have you booked and appointment to sit down with your senior case worker at your senators or congressmans office

Admin are working on re vamping our site and shortly will have a few on line petitions for people to sign and any help or support you can give us would be very much appreciated.

The truely sad thing about your case is if the beneficiary passes away whislt the case is pending them dependents cases will die with the beneficiary, and why we are asking for a compassionate visa on a case by case basis subject to documentary evidence
