Hi Folks,
Does anyone know the likely processing times for an H-1b visa once labour certification has been obtained. It would be under an EB3 category (skilled or professional worker) and does it make a big difference if it gets submitted later in the year rather than around the 1st April, in relation to cap numbers? Grateful for any advice.
