I need any helps from anyone.
I will have a interview for my visa in Japan in Mid-April, and found that the Embassy requires applicants to put all the documents into a clear plastic folder. I am afraid that the documents I prepared are too many to fit into the plastic folder. What should I do for that? Could anyone advise me on this? Or are applicants required same mannter in any other countries than Japan? Does anyone know it?

The link is http://japan.usembassy.gov/e/visa/tvisa-niv-walkin1.html

Thanks,

enrique

We went to the Embassy in UK a year and half ago and they didnt require that at the time.. It will just be for security so they can see what you are taking in with you , I would think.

You can buy see through folders with loads of pockets in like a mini filing cabinet, you will find something from Staples.. good luck
