A new look and feel is coming to USCIS. gov. The Agency will launch a new and improved web portal for its customers soon. This new portal will allow customers to interact with USCIS with greater ease. Keep an eye out for USCIS' new web presence.

Well, it looks as though I won my own prize

The new web site is launched and absolute cr-p

Just spent the last 30 mins or so looking at it and cannot find the case staus on line section

Also I have tried to open up links and just will not work at all

It seems all they have done is juggled up the website information

Not different, only in the sense it is harder to find the information you are looking for

Needless to say I will send their web master an e-mail

I tried too and a lot of the links do not work. Maybe they have jumped the gun a bit by uploadig too soon

Could not find the case status on line page either

Having a lot of trouble finding way round, thought it was going to be new and improved, instead, it is new and confusing
