Why dont you put this person on payroll ,instead of 1099 ,it will look better when you renew ya visa ,I had 7 people on payroll for 2 1/2 years ,i paid lots of taxes etc ,but my L1 was approved with out any hassle ,then my L1 to GC
got approved in 4 months ,i use sub contacters as well
