Can you explain how lease to own works? Is this the same as hire purchase? Also do you stage homes that are for sale? eg temporary hire out furniture to make unfurnished homes more attractive to sell, if so could you let us know how that would work, is there a min 3 months rental etc

Hi Susie, we do 6 months the same as cash, but we also do a few other deals which are quite long winded to explain. We have application forms on the site.

We do stage homes and you are correct it is 3 months minimal rental.

We furnish full homes also, including everything down to pots, pans , tvs, bed linings. When we leave the home it is ready to rent out.

I have met quite a few of you from this site and thankyou for coming in and purchasing.
