The lady did the right thing and yet she feels guilty for reporting her sons. As a result I feel she is also a victim and will have to live the rest of her life constantly reminded of what her sons did to this poor man

Two years is not enough, they should have been charged with attempted murder. min 10 years. I expect they will be out in just over a year yet the poor victim will be forever more without sight in his eye

Unfortunately Sue the attitude with these people is "my little johnny wouldn't do that" when in actual fact their little johnny could be the worst kid on the block. This woman has shown tremendous courage in naming her kids and God bless her - a hard act to live with - but she has done the right thing. I just wish many other parents with hoodlums would name and shame - if they did perhaps we wouldn't have to deal with this out of control society.
