Passport Photo's

Help please.

Where do people go to have their passport photos taken.

We took Tom to one of these places in the mall the other day and his photos are huge - much bigger than on a uk passport. The guy said they don't do them any smaller.

Walgreens or CVS do passport photos - and so do some Walmarts.
