Hello Peter
Thank you for sharing. I have just posted this on Kelly's blog
Hi Kelly,
I totally agree with Peter and thank him for raising awareness with the British press on applicants behalf. The main problem is that Mr Caulfied who is head of the NON immigrant section of the American Embassy in London will not admit there even IS a problem
Yes there are so many of us now sick to the back teeth of how many are being treated
A lady joined our site today www.expatsvoice.org who is currently in the USA. Her immigration attorney applied for an E visa in Rexas and London at the same time
The Visa in Texas has been approved, yet the London application has been denied.
The exact same paperwork was sent to both
She has a real problem. Her father is gravely ill in the UK and if she leaves the USA she will not be able to re enter the USA as London has denied her application
This makes no sense at all. How can Texas approve a case yet London deny?
Please kelly, do all you can to help our aims. Would you be willing to contact the Texas press office for statement of affairs?
For you info my immigration attorney Mr James LaVigne will be in our chat room 14th Nov 2006 between 5pm and 6pm EST so anyone with questions can log in and get free advise
Also our next committee meeting is on 15th Nov 2006 in the Davenport area. Should anyone like to attend please review website for details
Keep up all your good work
Regards Sue
