We have friends who are looking for a 4 bed house for either long term lease or an assumption of the current mortgage. It needs to be in the 34747 zipcode. Please pm me for details. There will be no realtor involvement.

Am bumping this thread as I now need to find 2 homes in the area. Must be in the 34747 (Celebration/Kissimmee) zipcode for school purposes. Minimum 1 yr lease preferably unfurnished - 4bed3/bath. Need asap. Please pm me.
