I had a great experience with wildlife on Tuesday morning. I was taking the back road to work when I saw a large bird in the road ahead of me. As I approached the bird took off with its prey in it's claws, a rabbit I think. Unfortunately, for the bird, the prey was heavy and the bird couldn't get any momentum to get up high in the air and actually flew along side the car on the drivers side for about twenty yards before releasing its prey and soaring off. The bird was an eagle.

Lifted my spirits all day.
