Well, I am at a loss as to what to say, which seldom happens, lol

I am surprised at the US allowing old people o take out a 30year mortgage especially when there is a good chance the person will not survive the 30 years

As far as I remember , in the UK you could only get a mortgage which had to be repaid by retirement age. or has the system changed in the UK in recent years?

I asked that when we took out a 30 year one...but they don't care...and know many older people use their homes to pay for heathcare...which is so wrong..
