I have been sent an e-mail with a word atttachment

Have copied the word file to my documents and tried to copy and paste to a thread, but just cannot get it to work

Any ideas?

Are you:

1. opening the file
2. pressing ctrl-a
3. pressing ctrl-c
4. going into the new post box and pressing ctrl-v?

If you are, try sending it to me and i'll post it.

1. Yes

2. Holding ctrl + C

3. going to post and holding Ctrl + V

So should I hold ctrl + A as well?

You only need to press ctrl-a once before you press ctrl-c. The writing should go blue.
