yes im reading more and more now that E2 visa holders CAN infact go the
EB-1 (i think) route to later apply for a greencard, if this is the case everything that i always thought i knew about the E2...

no i believe an E visa, is not duel intent, therefore would probably have to change to another visa category in order to later apply for EB1

This is not Florida law, its a federal law, but the bill has not yet passed.

no thats right, they asked for a request for evidence, which we submitted.
If it doesnt get renewed, ok, but if it does there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I can at least plan for the future...
