I am getting completely lost on this.
They are saying that their intent to deny is because the COMPLETED application was received after the I94 expired?
You are saying that...

Re: E2 reform changes.
I notice that on another forum where you have posted about the denial, you mention that the application, whilst received by them in May was returned to you by USCIS as a signature was missing. As far...

Re: E2 reform changes.
ByJove,
If the I-94's expired AFTER May 8, then you should be home and dry as you have independent proof of delivery AND receipt by USCIS on May 8. They cannot argue the June 13 thing as it makes no...

Re: E2 reform changes.
BjJove,
When you sent them to USCIS, how did you send them? By UPS/FedEx/USPS. Were USCIS required to sign for them? Did you receive any notification of receipt by USCIS from the carrier when they...

Re: E2 reform changes.
Byjove,
Sorry to hear that. Not sure I fully understand what you mean about 'papers stamped by them before our visa expired'. The rules are fairly clear.
The Visa in the Passport allows you entry...

Re: help my family return to america
Have you gone to your Senator about this situation. They have the power to sponsor and get through GC's for specific individuals where the circumstances warrant it. Whether that will do any good now...

Re: Immigration policy change!
The President's decision on this has certainly brought the whole immigration reform issue to the forefront again and that cannot be a bad thing.
As it gives illegals under age 30, brought here...

Re: Why the Obama recovery is better than Reagan's
Newt Gingrich is hanging his hat a lot on Reagan days in his election campaign. Many of the young are disenfranchised or just plain disillusioned with the politics and hence do not vote. The 'active...
