Re: Hi

I didn't realise LPR's could sponsor their parents, our daughter will be applying for citizenship after the second child is born.
It's an option Chris, but we're not really sure if we want to commit...

Re: Hi

Hello everyone. I still pop in to see what's happening. Almost over the aging out stress, thanks to the kids getting married to USC's. Not sure how long we'll stay, we have a renewal coming up next...

Re: E2 reform changes.

You have my sympathy Byjove. The consequences of being landlocked, as with aging out, never really hit home until the day(s) we all dreaded, and put to the back of our minds, finally arrive.

Stay...

Re: Before you go on your next roadtrip, consider this....

Not driven coast to coast, though I've driven from Chicago to Tampa and for the millenium we drove to New York City from Orlando via Wahongton D.C. At the last count I've visited 30 + states, still...

Re: How much is your home worth

Just had a professional appraisal on my home. Painful.

I consider myself fortunate that overall I've done okay from the property boom and bust, but I do feel sorry for those who are under water...

Re: E2 reform changes.

Perhaps, but the reasoning behind the change remains the same. i.e. more people would choose to invest if their spouse was allowed to work.

The 'highly qualified people' quote came direct from the...

Re: E2 reform changes.

Re: E2 reform changes.

Possibly Annie, but then that would take a job away from an American. Maybe they knew the spouse would be involved in the business without being on record, so this could be a win win for both...

I was thinking about E2 reform tonight. In the 17 years I have been here there have been two significant changes in the E2 process. ( If there's more let me know. ) The first was the ability for a...

Re: Business plan for kids.

Or are...
